By submitting a service request, communicating with our team, or engaging our services, you agree to:

  • Communicate honestly about your goals, budget, and timeline.
  • Respect any scheduling constraints, terms, or limitations we clearly outline.
  • Allow us to recommend services based on your request and our expertise.
  • Understand that this is a collaborative process designed around you.

3. Privacy and Information Use

4. Scheduling, Changes, and Cancellations

We ask for reasonable notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. We’ll always do our best to adjust to your needs. Long-term plans or recurring services may have different change policies—these will be outlined clearly in your proposal for your approval before you begin.

5. Service Scope and Limitations

Some services may require partner referrals, specialized contractors, or additional project agreements. We’ll always clarify scope and responsibilities up front. We won’t begin work without mutual clarity and consent.

6. Payment and Billing

Any cost estimates are based on your inputs and our recommendations. You’ll never be charged for services you haven’t approved. Payment timing and methods will be outlined clearly in your service summary or proposal.
