  • Caulking and paint touch ups to keep your home protected and feeling fresh
  • Changing of lights bulbs and air filters during our routinely scheduled visits
  • Annual adjustments of basic house components, such as doors and drawers closing properly
  • Annual inspections of your home inside and out to make sure everything is being checked for issues and/or maintenance needs
  • Free onsite consultations for anything needed throughout the year for repairs or improvements
  • Free quotes and estimates for any additional work needed or requested, including discounts for members
  • Priority access to our trade base after emergencies such as freezes or hurricanes
  • Quick responses from our team for anything needed on your home.  Anytime you need something throughout the year we will send a dedicated team member to assess your needs with none of those costly trip fees.
