Welcome to HHM. By enrolling in any HHM Membership Plan (Essentials, Preventive, or Concierge), you agree to the terms outlined in this Membership Agreement. Please review these terms carefully, as they define the service relationship between you (“Member”) and Houston Home Maintenance (“HHM,” “we,” or “our”).
1. Overview of HHM Membership
HHM Membership provides ongoing home maintenance services designed to keep your home in safe and reliable condition throughout the year. Each plan includes a defined set of services delivered according to a proactive maintenance schedule.
This Agreement applies to all HHM Membership Plans, Home Improvement Projects and any optional upgrades or add-on services.
2. Membership Plans & Services
Your membership includes the services listed on your customized maintenance plan at the time of your enrollment.
Service categories may include:
- Routine home maintenance tasks
- Indoor and outdoor inspections
- Seasonal and weather-readiness services
- Preventive checks of major home systems
- Priority scheduling or emergency response (depending on selected plan)
- Reporting, recommendations, and ongoing communication

HHM may adjust or refine specific service tasks as needed to improve quality, efficiency, or safety.
3. Projects & Project Eligibility
HHM provides project-related services exclusively to active HHM Members. By “Projects,” we refer to work that extends beyond routine maintenance and includes these project categories:
- Planning Projects
- Assessment Projects
- Upgrade Projects
Certain large-scale renovation projects may require separate project agreements or coordination with affiliated entities.
Project Process & Estimates
To request, plan, or receive an estimate for a project, you must:
- Be an active HHM Member in good standing.
- Create your Project Profile including description, budget, resources and more.
- Provide HHM with an in-person or virtual assessment if requested.
- Maintain HHM membership throughout the project lifecycle
4. Payment Terms
- Membership is billed monthly in advance using the payment method you provide at signup.
- Your membership renews automatically each month until canceled.
- All project work is billed separately from membership fees at HHM’s project rates.
- Some projects may require planning deposits, due at the time of approval.
- If a payment is declined, HHM may pause services and/or projects until payment is resolved.
- Pricing may be updated with 30 days’ prior notice.
Optional services not included in your plan will be quoted separately and billed only with your approval.
5. Scheduling & Access
HHM will contact you to schedule service visits or notify you of upcoming seasonal tasks.
You agree to:
- Provide reasonable access to the home
- Ensure HHM staff can safely perform tasks
- Notify HHM of any changes affecting service
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
6. Term & Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time with 30 days’ notice.
To cancel, simply notify HHM via email, phone, or your member portal (if applicable).
No prorated refunds are issued for partial months after a billing cycle begins.
HHM may terminate membership with 30 days’ notice due to:
- Non-payment
- Unsafe working conditions
- Repeated service disruptions or access issues
- Abuse of services or staff
A summary of your services delivered to-date may be provided upon request.
7. Limitations & Exclusions
HHM Membership is a maintenance service program, not a warranty, insurance policy, or repair guarantee.
Membership does not cover:
- Repairs beyond routine maintenance
- Replacement of major systems or appliances
- Home improvement or renovation projects
- Damage caused by storms, floods, accidents, or third parties
- Structural issues (foundation, framing, roofing beyond basic inspection)
- Pre-existing damage or hazardous conditions
Members may request additional work at preferred pricing as available.
8. Service Quality & Liability
HHM aims to provide high-quality, reliable, and timely service.
If a service is unsatisfactory, HHM will re-perform the task at no additional cost.
HHM’s liability is limited to the cost of services rendered. HHM is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
HHM carries general liability and worker’s compensation insurance for all staff and contractors.
9. Communication & Privacy
By enrolling, you allow HHM to contact you via phone, email, or SMS for service updates, scheduling, billing notifications, and membership information.
HHM will not sell or share your personal information except as needed to perform services or comply with the law.

10. Amendments to This Agreement
HHM may update this Membership Agreement from time to time.
Changes will be posted on the HHM website with an updated “Last Updated” date and will take effect 30 days after posting.
Continued membership after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
11. Acceptance of Agreement
By enrolling in an HHM Membership Plan, updating your payment information, or continuing your membership, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Membership Agreement.
No physical or electronic signature is required.
Enrollment or continued payment constitutes acceptance.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
